As a working mother, Karen juggles running a business with her sister alongside multiple other commitments, making her a role model for professional women everywhere. She is a firm believer in the motto that ‘you are never too old to learn’ and applies this to her own development and the evolution of our business wherever possible, making constant improvements and sustaining the high service levels that we strive for.

When she is not steering us from behind the scenes, Karen can be found investing equally as heavily in her family, instilling a positive work-life balance and prioritising gratitude for the important things she values in life. When time affords her the opportunity to be a little indulgent, she loves to travel, dive into a good book, practice yoga and hang-out with close friends over good food. She is also quite partial to the healing qualities of the sauna!
